Escape for the weekend with Core Fusion co-founders Fred DeVito and Elisabeth Halfpapp Core Fusion on a transformational mind-body fitness adventure. Our signature class combines 50+ years of collective teaching experience to create this challenging barre-based workout. The combination of core work with Pilates, yoga, ballet and dance principles will stretch, tone, and lengthen muscles like never before.
This workshop elaborates on the disciplines of core conditioning, Pilates, yoga, and stretching. In a highly charged environment with motivating music, learn how to:
- Utilize your own body weight as resistance
- Use standing leg and gluteus work for alignment and posture
- Do floor work for core and spinal strength
This program is eligible for :
- 8.5 credits for Athletic Trainers (BOC), $20 additional charge
- 8.5 credits for Yoga Alliance (YA), $20 additional charge
Elizabeth Halfpapp is a member of Exhale Mind Body Spa’s founding team and executive vice president of movement programming. Cofounder of the company’s highly publicized Core Fusion® program, including Core Fusion Cardio, Core Fusion Sport, Core Fusion Yoga, and Core Fusion Boot Camp classes, Elisabeth leads retreats and workshops nationally and assists in Core Fusion and yoga teacher training at all Exhale units. She is a regularly featured fitness celebrity, has written for numerous national and international publications, and appeared on major national television shows and news programs. She holds a degree in dance education from the Hartford Ballet and is certified through Nixa Debellis’ i/o Inside Out Yoga School.
