Originally from Arizona, Abbie came to Los Angeles to attend Loyola Marymount University and graduated in 2007 with a degree in Theater. With two younger brothers, Abbie was constantly active and always competitive. She has kept that positive attitude as she has progressed in life. Abbie came to exhale in the fall of 2007 where she joined the team as a Guest Service Associate. Once she began taking Core Fusion classes, she instantly fell in love with the people and atmosphere that exhale provided. After a few months, she started training as a Core Fusion teacher and loved every step along the way. She is thrilled to embrace her teaching experience and have a chance to grow her deeper understanding of movement.
