Kirstyn LazurA Connecticut native, Kirstyn began her dance training at the age of five, and went on to compete in dance at the national level. After studying jazz dance and English Literature at the University of Connecticut, Kirstyn ventured off to China to teach English and tap dance in exchange for traditional Chinese dance and ping pong lessons. Upon returning to Connecticut, she choreographed several musical productions such as SWEET CHARITY, GREASE and CAROUSEL. She has been teaching dance for ten years, and is currently teaching jazz in Los Angeles. Kirstyn became addicted to Core Fusion after her first class. Inspired by her very talented and generous teachers at exhale Santa Monica, and by the technique itself, she finally decided to deepen her Core Fusion practice by becoming a teacher. For her, Core Fusion has revealed another layer of the powerful mind-body connection. She has been witness to the positive, physical and spiritual transformation in herself and in her fellow practitioners. She finds great joy in being part of this exciting Core Fusion journey.
