Yoga + Walking: The Frame Mechanics with Sherry Brourman

It determines our strengths, weaknesses, and flexibility - and much of our emotional and spiritual ambiance is reflected within the parameters of that most common movement. In this class, an understanding of your personal walk will demystify any kinks in your yoga practice and any aches or pains. Best of all, understanding your 'frame' mechanics becomes a bridge to integrating your body, mind and spirit.
