POLICIES + GUIDELINES

 

APPOINTMENTS
Appointments are recommended for spa services and mind body classes and can be made online or by phone, and we will do our best to accommodate walk-ins. To secure your appointment, a credit card number is required at the time of booking. For spa therapies, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to take a shower, relax, enjoy a complimentary cup of tea or calm your soul. For the safety of all guests attending mind body classes, late entrants will not be permitted ten minutes after the start of class.

 

ATTIRE
Robes and slippers are provided for your spa service. Undergarments are optional during the therapies. For Core Fusion® classes, socks are required. We recommend yoga or loose-fitted clothing for Body Enlightening, shiatsu, reiki, and craniosacral therapies.

 

WAITLISTS + CANCELLATIONS
If you are added to class from a waitlist, please confirm your reservation 3 hours prior to the start of class.  If you do not confirm before 3 hours prior to your class, you will be charged as a no show.  To confirm your space in class, please call one of our front desk associates or follow these steps to confirm the class in your online account. 

1. Log into your account
2. Click on the My Info tab
3. Click on My Schedule
4. My Schedule will list all the classes you are presently in and classes you were added to from the waitlist.
5. Click on the “class level” for the class that corresponds to the waitlist email you received.
6. This will take you to a new page called Visit Details. This lists the teacher, date, time and a notes box.
7. In the Notes box you can write “CONFIRMED” or “PLEASE CANCEL” then click Update.

 

We require that you notify us of cancellations 4 hours prior to your class or spa appointment. 24 hours is required for personal training sessions, nutrition counseling sessions, and workshops. Teacher trainings require seven days cancellation notice. Late cancellations or no-shows will be billed to your credit card on file.

 

CELLULAR PHONES
Please help preserve the peaceful atmosphere and adhere to cell phone usage while in exhale. Cell phone use is prohibited in any area of the spa with the exception of the lobby area.

 

CHANGING AREAS
Exhale offers fully-appointed changing rooms for your convenience. As we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items, please avoid bringing in valuables.

 

GIFT CARDS
Gift cards are available in dollar amounts (not for services or packages) both online or at any exhale location. Please inquire at the front desk for guidance in selecting the ideal gift. Emailable gift cards are also available online.

 

GRATUITIES
Tipping is left to the discretion of our guests. For your convenience, envelopes are provided at the front desk. Exhale Miami includes 18%.

 

PAYMENT
Exhale accepts cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We do not accept personal checks. State sales tax will be charged where applicable.

 

PRICING + REFUNDS
Pricing is subject to change without notice. Classes and teachers are subject to change. Series and membership options are non-refundable and non-transferable because of such changes. Spa series six-packs expire one year from date of purchase. Mind Body five-pack series expire two months from date of purchase, ten-pack series expire four months from date of purchase, and twenty-pack series expire six months from date of purchase. All series are non-refundable and non-transferable. Membership options can be canceled by giving written notification to exhale 30 days after a full 2 months of membership have been paid. See membership contract for details. Series extensions are not granted for vacation, travel, work or other personal events except for medical reasons. To be considered for an extension, please submit a letter accompanied by a doctor's note to the Mind Body Director of the location from which you are requesting an extension. Requests must be submitted before the expiration of your series. Unfortunately and without exception, we cannot accept any returns on apparel that has been worn, giftables that have been used, or any skincare products unless they are damaged. Should you need to return a purchase, you must do so within 7 days and you will receive an in-store credit towards your next purchase.

 

SERVICE + CLASS REQUIREMENTS
The minimum age to experience exhale's service offerings are: 13 years old for classes; 16 years old for facials, waxing + nail services; 18 years old for massage, acupuncture and healing modalities. Any child who is under the minimum age requirement can experience exhale with the discretion of the Spa Director if his or her parent or guardian is present in the room. Massage therapies are not recommended if you are in your first trimester of pregnancy, and due to the risks involved we are unable to perform these services.
