I'm a Core Fusion addict

A colleague introduced me to Core Fusion almost exactly 2 years ago.  As a former college athlete, 2x marathon runner and current spinning teacher I thought she was crazy when she said she was sure that the format would kick my butt.  She was right.  Two years later I've gotten rid of my trainer and I'm a Core Fusion addict.  So much so that when the opportunity to move to Hong Kong was presented my first thought was “there’s no Core Fusion over there.”

Having grown up an athlete and trained at a D-1 level, I have never seen better results with my body.  I'm longer, leaner, more flexible and stronger than I ever was, even training with some of the top rowing coaches in the world.  Every class still challenges me beyond my physical and mental limits – even 2 years later. I see spinning students who fail to stretch who have short muscle fibers and limited flexibility – Core Fusion is the perfect way to balance both spinning and running.

Core Fusion also provides an important mind-body connection.  Working full time and getting my MBA part time, I cherish my one hour in the studio with the Core Fusion team.  I always leave feeling mentally and physically refreshed – and already thinking about when I’m coming to class next.

Best shape of my life

I am so thrilled to be a member of exhale. I suffer from depression and the core classes keep me not only in the best shape of my life, but mentally positive. Don't know what I would do without exhale and your amazing instructors. Thank you!

Every class is still as intense as the first one

I've been taking classes for the last four months, and every class is still as intense as the first one. I took a regular gym class over the weekend and was surprised how easy it felt. The core fusion instructors are constantly correcting your form and giving you tips to help you stay motivated during class. Going to class is a pleasure and a pain (in the best sense that you will likely be sore afterwards.)
