Core Fusion® fusing the disciplines of core conditioning,
Pilates, the Lotte Berk Method, interval cardio training, and yoga, this
highly-acclaimed and publicized mind-body experience incorporates 50
years of collective teacher expertise from cofounders Fred DeVito and
Elisabeth Halfpapp. Allowing you to work from the inside out, this
transformational class consistently delivers results. Participants must
wear socks. You may want to have a set of light dumbbells and a strap
available for this practice.

Core Fusion® Sport is a total-body workout designed to help improve sports performance, while reducing the risk of sports-related injuries. Using a combination of lateral and twisting movements, this online class chisels and firms the arms, shoulders, legs and butt, while focusing on the core. This calorie-burning cardio class uses resistance bands, core balls and mat abdominals. Balanced flexibility exercises at the end help increase range of movement. You may want to have a dual-grip medicine ball and/or a set of light dumbbells, as well as a dyna-band (resistance band), available for this practice.

Core Fusion® Yoga inspires students with a combination of yoga asana to raise the body's heat and increase cardio endurance, intense core functional training to strengthen and tone the core, and Qi Gong movements and stretching to produce a state of inner calm and balance. We recommend you have two blocks and a strap available for this practice.
