Is it just us, or is everyone a little worn out these days? As a new season approaches, we’re itching to rest, reset, and get glowing for spring. And after a cold winter under scratchy sweaters and cold wind, our skin (and our energy) could use a little boost.

In just a few minutes a day, there’s an easy at-home practice can make you glow – it boosts circulation, sweeps away dead skin cells, stimulates the lymph nodes, improves digestion, improves the appearance of cellulite, and helps the cells and the body renew and remove waste.

The practice? Dry brushing. The key? It helps along your body’s lymph drainage system, stimulating these benefits and revealing your glow under all that winter gunk.

If you do it first thing in the morning, it’s a great way to wake up and feel energized all day. Brushing toward the heart is important because that is the way the lymph flows naturally.

Before you get into the shower, start with the feet and work your way up the legs, stomach, arms and underarms. It also gives a full body exfoliation, which is key to having not just the face, looking fresh and glowing. After the shower, hydrate with a rich moisturizer or body oil.
