Amidst today’s bustling societal climate, people are truly beginning to prioritize the quality of their wellbeing. This means that balance, in all aspects of life, is a necessity. When we work out, we put stress on our muscles. In order to fully replenish and get stronger with every workout, you need to recover accordingly.

Enter: Exhale Recovery

Our newest class, which launches nationally the week of September 16, is designed to revive, restore, and rebalance your body after a tough workout through elements of active stretch, myofascial release therapy, and mindful meditation. And trust us (because we got a sneak peek of the class) — it’s everything you didn’t know you needed.

What is The Recovery Class?

Exhale Recovery is a 50-minute class comprised of myofascial release, active stretching, and meditation designed to integrate, enhance and rebalance the body and the mind.

Why should I take this class?

  • To minimize soreness
  • Boost your fitness performance
  • Mindfully replenish every muscle.
  • To feel clear and strong by restoring and aligning your body and mind

Should I take this class regularly?

Yes. With all of the high intensity training, and the day-to-day stressors we put on bodies and minds, it is so important to find a moment of 360 degree self-care. Incorporating this class into your routine will elevate your productivity and improve your mindset.

What are some classes that would pair well with Recovery?

The best part of recovery is that it’s for everyone. From those who take HIIT classes to someone having a stressful day at the office, the Recovery Class caters to anything that challenges your body and mind.

When is the best time for recovery?

The best time for recovery depends 100% on you. If you push yourself in high-intensity classes, the best time to recover may be right after the class or it could be on a day where you are resting and are in need of something rejuvenating. For others, the need for Recovery may come after a hard day at work, or during an emotional time. No matter when you choose to recover, you can be sure that you will leave feeling stronger, clearer, and ready to conquer anything.
