Break a sweat, pulse deeper, and burn more. All in one intense, efficient, barre-meets-cardio hour. Spend half the class on your mat with hand weights as you move through rapid cardio intervals. Then hit the barre for muscle-defining micro-moves. You’ll end the hour feeling accomplished and ready to take on anything. (Sneakers optional.)

PREP FOR YOUR FIRST CLASS

Reservations are recommended for all of our fitness classes. Because they often fill up, ensure you get into the class you want by booking at least one week in advance. (Reservations open 30 days in advance.)

CLAIM YOUR SPOT!

We require socks for our Barre classes. You can purchase Exhale grippy socks here or in our wellbeing boutique. Sneakers are required for HIIT, HIIT 30, and Cardio Blast. The rest of our classes are done barefoot on a yoga mat.

We provide props and mats for all of our classes.

PROPERLY PREPARED

All classes must be canceled at least four hours in advance. Cancellations within four hours will result in a charge to your credit card on file, or a deduction from your series. You can cancel your class online or by calling us.
