Appointments are recommended for spa services and fitness classes and can be made online or by phone, and we will do our best to accommodate walk-ins. To secure your appointment, a credit card number is required at the time of booking. For spa therapies, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to take a shower, relax, and enjoy a complimentary cup of tea. For the safety of all guests attending fitness classes, late entrants will not be permitted ten minutes after the start of class. Because of safety reason, guests are not permitted to join Core Fusion Extreme class late

Robes and slippers are provided for your spa service. Undergarments are optional during the therapies. We recommend yoga or loose-fitted clothing for Thai Stretching, Shiatsu, Reiki, and Craniosacral Therapies. We require socks for our Core Fusion Barre class. Sneakers are required for Core Fusion Extreme. The rest of our Core Fusion and yoga classes are done barefoot on a yoga mat.

Please arrive 5 minutes before each class. If you are not present at the start of class, you will risk losing your spot to someone on the waitlist or drop-ins who are physically present at the start of class. If a guest is late for their class but is within 10 minutes from start of class, they will be permitted to enter the class if a spot is available. Guests are not permitted to enter a class more than 10 minutes the class start time. Due to the format of the class, late entrants will not be permitted into Core Fusion Extreme.

If you are added to class from a waitlist, please confirm confirm your space in class by calling one of our front desk associates or follow these steps to confirm the class in your online account. 

  1. Log into your account
  2. Click on the My Info tab
  3. Click on My Schedule
  4. My Schedule will list all the classes you are presently in and classes you were added to from the waitlist.
  5. Click on the “class level” for the class that corresponds to the waitlist email you received.
  6. This will take you to a new page called Visit Details. This lists the teacher, date, time and a notes box.
  7. In the Notes box you can write “CONFIRMED” or “PLEASE CANCEL” then click Update.

All classes and spa therapies must be canceled at least four hours in advance. Cancellations within four hours will result in a charge to your credit card on file, or a deduction from your series. You can cancel your appointment online or by calling us.   

Please help us preserve the peace. Cell phone use is prohibited in any area of the spa with the exception of the lobby area.

Exhale offers fully-appointed changing rooms for your convenience. As we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items, please avoid bringing in valuables.

Gift cards are available for purchase online and in-boutique for any dollar amount, or in hand-selected spa packages. Please inquire at the front desk for guidance in selecting the ideal gift.

Tipping is left to the discretion of our guests. For your convenience, envelopes are provided at the front desk. Exhale Miami includes 18%.

Exhale accepts cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We do not accept personal checks. State sales tax will be charged where applicable.

Pricing is subject to change without notice. Classes and teachers are subject to change. No Refunds are given on Mind Body Classes, Spa Services and gift certificates. Series and membership options are non-transferable. Spa series six-packs expire one year from date of purchase. A mind body single class purchase expires one month from date of purchase, 5-packs expire two months from date of purchase, ten-packs expire four months from date of purchase, and twenty-packs expire eight months from date of purchase. All series are non-refundable and non-transferable. Memberships can be canceled by giving written notification to exhale 30 days after a full 2 months of membership have been paid. See membership contract for details. Series extensions are not granted for vacation, travel, work or other personal events except for medical reasons. To be considered for an extension, please submit a letter accompanied by a doctor's note to the Mind Body Manager of the location from which you are requesting an extension. Requests must be submitted before the expiration of your series. Unfortunately, and without exception, we cannot accept any returns on apparel that has been worn, giftables that have been used, or any skincare products unless they are damaged. Should you need to return a purchase, you must do so within 7 days and you will receive an in-store credit towards your next purchase. If a retail product is damaged or defective, we will offer a guest a full replacement or refund.  A guest has 7 days to return the purchase for a refund of your purchase amount. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. Returns accepted within 7 days (with proof of purchase) are returned to the original form of tender.

The minimum age to experience exhale's service offerings are: 13 years old for classes; 16 years old for facials, waxing + nail services; 18 years old for massage, acupuncture and healing modalities. Any child who is under the minimum age requirement can experience exhale with the discretion of the Spa Director if his or her parent or guardian is present in the room. Massage therapies are not recommended if you are in your first trimester of pregnancy, and due to the risks involved we are unable to perform these services.
