SPA

  • What should I wear?

    We will provide a robe for you to change into. Undergarments are optional during spa therapies, so change for your therapy according to your level of comfort. We offer a few unique therapies for which we recommend that you wear comfortable yoga attire. These therapies include Thai Stretching, Shiatsu, Reiki, and Craniosacral Massage. Please note that for hammam therapies (available at select locations) a bathing suit is required.

  • How early should I arrive to my appointment?

    Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start of your therapy so you have time to check in, get changed, and relax in our zen lounge as you enjoy tea, water, reading materials, and soothing music.

  • Do I have to pay for my spa therapy in advance?

    At the time of booking we will take a credit card to confirm your therapy, but you do not pay for your therapy until you check out with the front desk in the spa.

  • Should I leave gratuity?

    While tipping is left to your discretion, the standard gratuity for a spa therapy you enjoyed is 18%. You may leave gratuity via credit card or cash upon in-spa check out, or you may give your therapist gratuity in the therapy room. An automatic 18% gratuity is added in our Miami locations.

  • How far in advance do I have to cancel?

    Spa therapies must be canceled at least four hours in advance. This is a courtesy to both other guests who may want to book an open appointment, and to our therapists. Failure to cancel at least four hours in advance will result in a full charge to your credit card on file. You may cancel online or by calling us.

  • When is the best time to get a wax?

    We need a quarter to a half inch of hair growth (about 10 days of growth) to effectively remove hair from the follicle. For women we recommend waxing one week after menstruation. Nerve endings have a tendency to swell and can be very sensitive the week before and during your cycle. (Tip: For that long lasting glow we recommend gentle exfoliation the night before your appointment.)

  • Can I get a massage or facial if I’m pregnant?

    We do not massage in the first trimester, but once you have entered your second trimester, a prenatal massage is an amazing way to relieve lower back pain, ease tension and stress, and release endorphins that are good for you and the baby. Pregnancy can bring on hormonal skin changes, and our expert estheticians are here to guide you through it. You can have a facial at any time during your pregnancy, and we’ll tailor the facial to use baby-safe products.

  • Do you have lockers?

    Yes! All exhale locations that offer spa therapies have fully amenitized changing rooms with showers and lockers.

  • Do you have memberships?

    But of course! We believe regular spa visits are crucial to a lifetime of wellbeing, and a monthly spa membership is a fantastic way to enjoy more spa therapies for less. Learn more about our spa membership options (and all the perks that go with it) here!


CLASSES

  • What should I wear?

    We suggest workout clothes that you can bend, stretch, and move in without restriction. We require socks for our Core Fusion Barre class. You can purchase exhale grippy socks here or in our wellbeing boutique. Sneakers are required for Core Fusion HIIT and Cardio. The rest of our Core Fusion and yoga classes are done barefoot on a yoga mat.

  • Do I have pay for my class in advance?

    In order to reserve a spot in class we require payment at the time of booking. You can pay for one individual class, or apply your membership or class series at the time of booking.

  • What if I arrive late?

    For the safety of yourself and others, guests are not permitted to enter class more than 10 minutes after it starts. Due to the format of the class, late entrants will not be allowed into Core Fusion HIIT.

  • How do I purchase classes?

    It’s very easy to purchase class packages online. Simply click here and choose your location. You can also purchase a class package or sign up for membership at any of our locations.

  • Can I transfer the classes in my package to someone else?

    No, package sharing is not possible.

  • Do class packages expire?

    A single class expires in 1 month from date of purchase, 5-packs expire after 2 months, 10-packs after 4 months, and 20-packs after 8 months.

  • Can I use my class package at any location?

    Our class packages are regional, so you may use them at any exhale location with your city only.

  • Do I have to bring a mat?

    We provide props and mats for all of our classes, but you are welcome to bring your own mat if you wish.

  • Can I take class if I’m pregnant?

    For our regular guests, once you are pregnant you may continue to take barre and yoga classes, and just reduce the intensity levels right up until the day you give birth! However, we do not recommend taking cardio or HIIT classes. Always inform your teacher before class that you are pregnant, and they will cue you on the proper modifications during class. For new guests, we don’t recommend getting started with a brand new exercise routine during pregnancy. We ask all expecting guests to provide an approval note from your OBGYN giving you permission to exercise during pregnancy.

  • How old do I have to be to take class?

    Guests 13-17 may attend class with their legal guardian, or alone with a guardian’s written consent.

  • Do you have lockers?

    Most of our locations have lockers. You can view the available amenities at our studios by selecting your location in the menu above.

  • I’m a beginner. Do I have to take a basic class?

    Ideally, we’d love for you to get acquainted with us in a basic class. However, because we teach in progressions (building on exercises with more challenging options) our teachers are able to accommodate beginner students in an open level class.

  • How do I sign up for a membership?

    Yes! Ask one of our associates about the student rates available with a valid ID.
